This site is for public use only; it contains information about any person, organization, or donor who has made a stamp duty (unless they have chosen to remain confidential). Its purpose is to ensure absolute transparency and accountability of the Fund’s funds. The Foundation does not require site visitors to register, provide personal information or create a personal page to view the Site or use the Site’s functional fields. it is publicly available. You are not required to provide any personal information about yourself. By using the Site in this way, we do not control or collect any personally identifiable information.
THIRD PARTY INFORMATION
According to the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Compensation for Damages Caused to the Life or Health of Servicemen during Defense” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the tax authority transmits certain information to the fund, in particular:
- The tax authority shall, within five working days following the date of payment of the full amount of the stamp duty by each tax agent, submit to the Fund the list of employees of the tax agent for whom stamp payments were made during the reporting period.
- Within five business days after the deadline for payment of stamp duty for independent payers in each reporting period, the Fund transfers the list of stamp duty payers for the reporting period who have made full stamp payments in the reporting period.
This information is received by the Foundation in accordance with the Law և posted on the website. Moreover, the data are not automatically open to the public. In order to be able to see the stamp duty paid by you, you have to search by dialing the organization, individual entrepreneur, in case of notary – VAT, in case of individuals – VAT.
Under no circumstances will the Foundation publish your VAT number or VAT number. In the event that you have provided it to a third party, or that it has received it through other means than the Website և the latter has the opportunity to see the stamped amounts paid by you as a result of the search, the Fund is not responsible.

In case you choose the “public” version, you give your consent to make visible on the Website the day, month, year of your donation, the name you mentioned, the amount of the donation, as well as the message, if available.
In the event that you choose the “secret” version, you agree that only the date, month, year, amount of the donation will be available on the Site, as well as the message, if available.
Provision of materials
Through the Website, you can provide / download certain materials when filling out return forms with ambassadors or stamp fees. Your materials are confidential and inaccessible to others. they are visible only to the Foundation. The purpose of requesting documents is to examine your application.

All types of materials you provide will be stored in our systems.
